Software Support Specialist at Jackrabbit Technologies

Bethany Mahn has been working in the software and telecommunications industry for over 30 years. Bethany began their career in 1989 as a Systems Analyst at MCI, where they were instrumental in the development of the first automated order entry system called OE Plus. Bethany then moved to Customer Service Consultant, where they managed assigned customer base and sold additional services that addressed customer needs. In 1993, they became a Systems and Implementation Trainer at MCI, fostering partnerships with service management to train personnel key information.

In 1995, Bethany moved to Verizon Business as a MAM/SNAM Program Manager, working with account teams to strategize and create tactical plans to further penetrate accounts and win more business. Bethany then became a Curriculum Manager, developing courses in response to business initiatives by partnering with key members across various LOB. In 1997, they returned to MCI as a Sr. Manager, managing a group of Local Sales specialists and the regional marketing support team.

In 2010, Bethany began working at SwimMAC Carolina, taking on roles such as Director, Swim School @ Charlotte Christian, Swim School Instructor and Back Office Administrator, Ultra Swim Athlete Zone Coordinator, and JSL Coach. In 2011, they took on the role of VP, Community at Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School. In 2012, they worked as a Salesperson at Red Ventures. Finally, in 2016, they began working at Jackrabbit Online Class Management Software, taking on roles such as Software Support Specialist, Software Support, and Software Support Representative. In 2017, they moved to Jackrabbit Technologies, where they are currently employed as a Software Support.

Bethany Mahn attended the College of Charleston from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
