Jakson Locke

Jakson Locke has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jakson started their career in 2012 at Thompson & Eich CPAs, where they worked as an Accounting Practicum. In this role, they handled general administrative duties, mailing, and operation of office equipment.

In 2012, Jakson also joined Walmart as a Customer Service Manager. Jakson supervised a team of 10-30 associates, ensuring smooth front-end operations by scheduling breaks, handling customer concerns, and maintaining the parking lot. Jakson was also responsible for auditing tills and maintaining bin accuracy.

In 2016, Jakson transitioned to United Bank of Iowa as a Personal Banker. Jakson'sresponsibilities included opening bank accounts, balancing ATMs, and maintaining the branch's vault-book.

In 2018, Jakson joined Fort & Schlegel CPAs as a Staff Accountant. Here, they prepared financial statements and journal entries, executed daily business objectives, and collaborated to implement new accounting software.

In 2017, Jakson also worked at Riley-Armstrong Plumbing & Heating, Inc. in an administrative role.

Most recently, Jakson joined Wright Service Corp. in 2022 as a Service Desk Analyst.

Jakson Locke began their education journey by graduating from Eagle Grove High School in 2011 with a degree in General Studies, with an emphasis in Business. Jakson then went on to attend Iowa Central Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Accounting. Following their time at Iowa Central Community College, Jakson enrolled at Buena Vista University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting & Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Jakson Locke has also pursued various certifications related to Microsoft Azure.
