Tracey Chantry, PHR has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Tracey began their career in 2001 as Human Resources Director at Mid Carolina Cardiology in Charlotte, NC. In this role, they were a member of the Executive Leadership Team and managed the Human Resource department functions supporting 4 local offices. Tracey also ensured compliance with all state and federal employment laws. In 2011, they served as Interim Human Resources Manager for The Employers Association in Charlotte, NC. In this role, they administered all facets of Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, workers compensation, employee handbooks and safety. In 2012, they became HR Director at Jackrabbit Technologies, Inc in Charlotte, NC. In this role, they administered human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel and implemented and oversaw an online training center for all employees. Tracey also administered all benefits plans to include claims resolution, change reporting and ERISA compliance.

Tracey Chantry has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Radford University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1991. Tracey also attended Virginia Wesleyan University. In 2014, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
