James C. Avery has a strong background in construction, development, and franchise recruiting in the restaurant industry. James C. most recently served as the Vice President of Development at Jack's Family Restaurants, LP starting in 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Pizza Hut, LLC from 2009 to 2017, holding various senior management roles in construction, facilities, franchise development, and recruiting. Before that, they were with Yum! Brands, Inc. from 1997 to 2009, where they held roles in franchise recruiting, real estate management, and construction. Avery also has experience as a Construction Engineer at Marathon Oil Company from 1989 to 1994.
