Richard Neall

Richard Neall joined JCE as a bid writer in 1998 having previously worked in Local Government in Australia. He worked in numerous parts of the business before being given the opportunity to take over as Managing Director in 2001. Richard then led an MBO in 2004 which was followed by a promotion to Chief Executive of the wider Group in 2008. He now retains a key client role on the Jackson Board along with his wider Group responsibilities.

A typical Aussie, Richard loves the outdoors so nothing makes him happier than riding through the countryside, sliding down a mountain, or hitting a ball around a field with his family.
