Aliyyah Simmons

Aliyyah Simmons has extensive work experience in human resources. Aliyyah is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Jackson and Coker since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Management Consultant at Flex HR from June 2019 to January 2022. Aliyyah also had roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist/Contract at Kinetix from March 2020 to May 2020 and as a Human Resources Manager at Rose Chauffeured Transportation from May 2017 to January 2019. Aliyyah has experience in various HR functions such as full life-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and conflict resolution.

Aliyyah Simmons has a graduate certificate in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they earned between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from the same institution between 2014 and 2016.
