Lauren Hill

Lauren Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lauren started their career at Vector Marketing Sales Office in 2007 as a Field Sales Manager and later became a District Manager. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Division Recruiting Manager at Vector Marketing Corporation. Since 2012, Lauren has been working at Jackson and Coker, initially joining as a Healthcare Recruiter and later moving up the ranks to become a Senior Physician Recruiter. Lauren also held the position of Senior Client Consultant before assuming their current role as the Director of Accounts, starting in January 2021.

Lauren Hill attended The University of Alabama from 2003 to 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and a minor in Spanish. In 2006, they also studied at Universidad de Alcalá in pursuit of their Spanish minor.
