Tim Fischer

Tim Fischer has extensive work experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Tim began their career at Olsten Corporation's IT Services arm, IMI Systems, where they served as Senior Vice President and was responsible for a $110 million region. Tim successfully integrated two acquisitions during their time there.

Tim then joined ProStaff to start an IT staffing division called Advecta. As President of Advecta, they developed a business plan, branding philosophy, and value proposition. Tim also opened branch offices in multiple locations.

Later, Tim served as President of RCG Global Services' Staffing Division. Tim successfully sold RCG to Stefanini and defined strategies to optimize the acquisition value.

Next, they joined a Healthcare and IT Staffing Firm as COO, where they served for a couple of years before moving to Medical Doctor Associates (MDA). At MDA, they served as President and played a key role in growing the company, which specializes in physician and advanced practice locum tenens staffing services.

Most recently, Tim has been serving as President of Jackson and Coker, one of the largest healthcare staffing firms in the US. Under their leadership, Jackson and Coker has been recognized as a leading workplace in the healthcare industry.

Tim Fischer attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1985 to 1987. Tim then transferred to Culver-Stockton College and graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
