While he may not have been Administrative Assistant material, Rylan worked his way up from Project Engineer to Project Manager to Division Manager and leads with a quiet, confident, Tupac-level-cool.
When not out hunting rattlesnakes, Rylan can be found singing Karaoke or co-wrangling his four kids with his wife.
