Nicole Repka

Nicole Repka is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Jackson Control Company Inc. since January 2018, Nicole has a strong background in building technologies and smart building solutions. Previously, Nicole held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager at Martha's Best, a leading supplier of NON-GMO strawberry papaya, from July 2014 to January 2021. As the Founder & Chief Life Officer of Live Life Chicago, LLC, from September 2013 to January 2018, Nicole created a vibrant community for young professionals through unique events. Additional experience includes roles as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Cannon IV, Inc., and as an Orr Fellow, alongside early career positions at the Indianapolis Colts and the Hungarian Embassy. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and International Business from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
