Brooke Donaldson

Brooke Donaldson has a long and successful work history with Jackson Hospital in Marianna, Florida. Brooke began their career with the hospital in 1997 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, a role they held for over two decades until 2020. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer, and in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer.

Brooke Donaldson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Florida State University - College of Business in 1994. Brooke then pursued a Master of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1994 to 1996.
