Nicholas Rivera

Nicholas Rivera is the Chief of Training at Jackson County, MS, bringing over 20 years of experience in the fire service. They have served in various roles within the agency, including Firefighter, Lieutenant, Battalion Chief, and Deputy Chief, where they managed training programs and facilitated internal and external training for personnel. Currently, they work as an Adjunct Instructor at the Mississippi State Fire Academy, delivering regional classes to a diverse student population. Nicholas holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and has also completed studies at Waldorf University.
