Jenn Inman has had a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Jenn began their career as an Assistant Director at WomenSpace in 1994 and then moved on to work as a Project Director at PeaceHealth from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, they served as the Executive Director at Sexual Assault Support Services SASS before transitioning to Lane County, where they held various positions such as Program Services Coordinator for Children & Families, Senior Management Analyst, and Communications Manager from 2001 to 2013. Since then, Jenn has been employed by Jackson County, Oregon, where they have held roles such as Administrative Services Manager/Supervisor, Jackson County Mental Health Business Manager, Compliance & Privacy Officer, and currently serves as the Jackson County Mental Health Division Manager. Jenn'sextensive experience showcases their ability to take on leadership roles and effectively manage teams in the mental health and public sector domains.

Jenn Inman, MHA, obtained their Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree in Health Policy & Administration from The Graduate School at Penn State, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science at the University of Oregon, where they were enrolled from 1986 to 1991.
