Gary Lorgus

Gary Lorgus is an accomplished professional in the corporate real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Manager-Corporate Real Estate at Jackson Cross Partners LLC since March 2018. In this role, Lorgus manages industrial lease transactions nationwide for a logistics client, having completed or overseen 58 leases across 48 markets totaling 9,260,000 square feet and a transaction value of $335,800,000. Prior to this, Lorgus spent over three decades at Liberty Property Trust as Vice President, achieving over 125 new and renewal lease transactions, and developing industrial and office buildings in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
