Lee Chapman

EVP, External Affairs at Jackson Electric Membership Corporation

Lee began his career with Jackson EMC in 1988 as a Residential Marketing Representative and moved to C&I Marketing in 1990. He was named division director in 1998.

Lee also monitors Federal and State legislation relative to Jackson EMC. He coordinates Jackson EMC's legislative efforts in conjunction with Georgia EMC.

Lee is a graduate of the University of Georgia and earned an MBA at Brenau University.

He is active in the Jackson and Hall County Chamber's of Commerce, The Georgia Economic Developers Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Blackshear Place Baptist Church. He is a graduate of Leadership Georgia, Leadership Hall and Leadership Jackson.

Lee was recently appointed by Governor Nathan Deal to the Georgia Public Service Commission's Advisory Committee.
