Carlos A. Migoya

Carlos A. Migoya has been the CEO of Jackson Health System since 2011. Prior to that, they were the City Manager of Miami from February 2011 to December 2011. Carlos also worked at Wachovia Bank from March 1974 to June 2009, where they were the Regional President.

After completing their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Florida International University, Carlos A. Migoya pursued an MBA in Business at the same school.
