Melissa Baez

Melissa Baez currently serves as Pharmacy Business Manager and Pharmacy Office Manager at Jackson Health System since July 2018, bringing extensive experience from previous positions at CVS Pharmacy, where roles included Lead Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Technician from August 2014 to November 2017, as well as a brief stint as a Human Resources Intern with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2015. Melissa Baez holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (2012-2016) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Florida International University, expected to complete in August 2026. Early education includes a High School Diploma in Visual and Performing Arts from Coral Reef Senior High School (2008-2012).
