Jonathan J. Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Jonathan W served as the President of Healthcare Workforce Logistics, a subsidiary of Jackson Healthcare, where they utilized specialized technology and management strategies to help healthcare providers effectively manage contingent labor and reduce costs. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Corporate Development at Jackson Healthcare, responsible for leading efforts to acquire businesses that aligned with the company's strategic goals. Furthermore, Jonathan was the President of USA Strategic Consulting Incorporated, where they founded a consulting group focused on assisting foreign companies entering the US market and US companies wishing to do business in Brazil. Jonathan W has also held various executive positions at Cross Country Healthcare, including EVP/Chief Strategy Officer/Marketing Officer and President of the largest staffing division. Additionally, Jonathan has experience at WR Grace as an Assistant to the Chairman and at Fidelity Bank as an Associate. Jonathan W has served as a board member and member of the audit committee at AC Delray and CGFNS International, respectively. Jonathan J Ward earned a Diploma in 1982 from Harvard Westlake High School. Following this, they attended Drew University from 1982 to 1986, completing a degree in Political Science. In 1989, Jonathan pursued further education at Rutgers University - Newark, where they obtained an MBA.
