Patrick Russell

Patrick Russell has a strong background in accounting and finance, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Patrick is currently the SVP Accounting and Finance at Jackson Healthcare since May 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Impellam Group from March 2018 to May 2019. In their role at Impellam Group, Patrick was responsible for various financial aspects, including reporting, treasury, tax, and managed services back office teams.

Before joining Impellam Group, Patrick was with Randstad USA from October 2015 to January 2018, where they served as the SVP US Business Services and then later as SVP Controller and Business Services. During their time at Randstad, they successfully integrated three business services workforces into one cohesive team, achieving significant cost savings and improving operational metrics.

Patrick has also held leadership positions at National Linen Service as the VP Finance & Corporate Controller from March 1998 to July 2004, APAC Teleservices as Director of Finance from August 1996 to March 1998, ProSource Distribution Services as Manager of Logistics Accounting from September 1993 to August 1996, A.B. Dick Company as Director of Financial Reporting & Accounting from June 1990 to September 1993, and BOCKWINKEL'S as Chief Financial Officer from May 1989 to June 1990.

Patrick began their career as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked from August 1983 to May 1989. Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in financial management, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Patrick Russell earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, starting in 1979 and completing in 1983. Patrick also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the AICPA, obtained in 1984. Additionally, they obtained a Randstad Blue Belt LEAN Certification from the Kaizen Institute North America, although the specific year is not provided.
