Sherri Michaud

Sherri Michaud has extensive work experience in various roles related to risk management and human resources. Sherri began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises in 1991 and worked in that role until 2002. Sherri then joined The Goddard School as a Human Resources Manager and held the position until 2010. In 2010, Sherri joined Jackson Healthcare and served as the Director of Risk Management until 2022. Sherri also held the position of Corporate Claims Director at Jackson Healthcare starting in July 2021. Throughout their career, Sherri has demonstrated a strong focus on risk management and human resources.

Sherri Michaud attended Fitchburg State University but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Crucial Conversations, Emotional Intelligence (EQi), and SDI from VitalSmarts, Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), and TotalSDI, respectively.
