Jai Ojha has extensive experience in technical support and operations, primarily with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., serving as Operation Support Tier 3 lead since October 2019 and previously as a Tier 2 Business Support Specialist. Responsibilities include documentation, training, coaching agents on business processes, and providing hands-on technical assistance.
