Lindsay Martin

Lindsay Martin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and data protection. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. since June 2023, Lindsay has previously held significant positions including Director of Information Governance and Privacy at Kirkland & Ellis and Executive Director of Global Privacy at CSG. Lindsay began a legal career as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie, focusing on domestic and global privacy issues within the Global Information Technology & Communications Practice Group in Chicago. Lindsay holds a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, earned between 2006 and 2009.
