Robyn Roberts

Robyn Roberts is a seasoned content writer and senior manager at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., responsible for creating diverse content across web, email, social media, campaigns, and SEO articles since January 2023. Prior to this role, Robyn operated as a contractor from August 2010 to June 2023, providing creative and technical copywriting, brand strategy, marketing communications, and UX UI services, transitioning from luxury lifestyle markets to technology and AI. Robyn also gained experience at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from May 2011 to July 2013 as an exhibition facilitator during the high-profile Alexander McQueen exhibit, later accepting a permanent position within Groups Services.
