Jen Davey

Jen Davey is a seasoned Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Developer/Analyst with extensive experience in data engineering, ETL development, and business intelligence. Currently at The Jackson Laboratory since July 2016, Jen specializes in Python-based ETL architecture, advanced Power Query and DAX development, and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. Previous roles included managing clinical quality systems, leading teams for organizational excellence, and improving clinical processes during a critical growth phase due to COVID-19. Jen's career also includes positions as a Genetic Counselor Assistant and Intern in Medical Genetics, contributing to research and improving documentation workflows. Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Bay Path University.
