The Jackson Laboratory
Monica Ouellette is currently serving as an Instrument Technician at The Jackson Laboratory, where responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, as well as assisting in the development of new tools through CNC machining and 3D printing. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant focused on neurobehavioral phenotyping and data analysis, and serving as a Server at Whales Tooth Pub & Restaurant, where exceptional customer service was key. Additional positions include Admissions Coordinator at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange, Behavioral Health Professional at Sequel Youth and Family Services, and various roles at Wheaton College Massachusetts, including Peer Advisor and Imaging Center for Undergraduate Collaboration staff. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Wheaton College Massachusetts and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Wollongong.
