Noel Narciso

Noel Narciso is a Principal Consultant at Expense Reduction Analysts - Latin America since December 2022, specializing in cost reduction and EBITDA improvement across various industries with a strong network of over 700 consultants. Additionally, Noel serves as the IT Network Manager and Telecommunications at The Jackson Laboratory since April 2023. Previously, Noel held multiple key positions at Millicom International Cellular / Comcel from June 1998 to May 2022, including Core Service Assurance Manager, where achievements included significant improvements in service availability, as well as roles in planning, design, and operations of GSM network platforms. Noel's educational background includes an M.B.A. with a minor in Strategy from Universidad Francisco Marroquín and two Bachelor's degrees in Electronic and Electric Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.
