Catherine Cano

Catherine Cano is an experienced legal professional specializing in labor and employment law. From December 2013 to January 2021, Catherine served as an Associate and later as a Principal at Jackson Lewis P.C., representing management in various labor law matters, including ADA, FMLA, workplace safety, and employment discrimination. Catherine is licensed to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota state and federal courts, frequently defending clients against administrative charges and lawsuits. Prior to this role, Catherine worked as Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title from May 2012 to December 2013.
