Emily Dupont

Emily DuPont, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Compensation at Jackson Lewis P.C. since August 2025. Prior to this role, Emily was the Compensation Manager at NFI from September 2020 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Compensation function as NFI grew and matured. Emily also held positions at NFI as a Compensation Analyst, providing comprehensive support for salary ranges, market research, and performance management. Earlier experience includes roles at Unisys in Global Rewards, as well as positions in employee relations and human resources at BNY Mellon, Sabre Systems Inc., and Mazars USA LLP. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Business Information Systems, from the University of Pittsburgh, earned in 2018.
