Jessica Dunn has extensive experience in legal and customer service roles, currently serving as a Senior Collections and Billing Coordinator at Jackson Lewis P.C. since October 2020. Previously, Jessica held positions such as Senior Litigation Paralegal at Nave Law Firm and Director of Client Operations at The Law Firm of Alex C. Dell, PLLC, among others, demonstrating a strong background in paralegal work and client relations. Additionally, Jessica has experience in the retail sector, balancing roles in team leadership and store management.
