Tyler A. Brown

Tyler A. Brown is the Office Managing Principal of the Los Angeles, California office and a Principal in the San Francisco, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has served on the firm's Board of Directors and as the Office Managing Principal of several offices around the country. Mr. Brown brings his “real world” management experience to bear in counseling employers on a wide variety of workplace matters.

Mr. Brown has particular experience with helping employers with challenging employees and disability and leave management. Where litigation cannot be avoided, Mr. Brown defends and tries cases for employers before state and federal administrative agencies and courts. Mr. Brown is a frequent speaker to employer groups on such topics as handling employment litigation efficiently, avoiding discrimination and harassment complaints and coordinating leaves under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act.

Mr. Brown has been practicing employment law with Jackson Lewis since 1994, and overall since 1987.
