Deborah Gollin

Deborah Gollin is the Managing Partner at Jackson Lucas, where Deborah oversees client relationships, strategic development, and senior search mandates across Global Markets and Asset Management in New York. Prior to this, Deborah served as Co-Head of the Americas for The Omerta Group, an Executive Search firm. With extensive experience in executive search and recruitment, Deborah has worked with prestigious firms such as Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Harbinger Capital, and Och Ziff. Deborah holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Union College.
