Emily Doucet

Emily Doucet has a background in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Receptionist before moving on to roles as a Human Resources Assistant and eventually becoming a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Currently working at TBG | The Bachrach Group and Jackson Lucas, Emily serves as an HR business partner responsible for managing all HR-related functions. Emily has experience in onboarding/talent acquisition, HRIS operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve employee lifecycle processes. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
