Horia M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, venture capital, and artificial intelligence applications. Currently serving as the Founder of Counter Dynamics since 2023, Horia has also contributed as a Judge for the AI Beyond Borders competition at German Entrepreneurship and conducted research for the US Government on quantum machine learning applications in 2023. Prior roles include working as a Fellow at Spike Ventures, where evaluation of venture capital investments took place; Director of Data Science at PepsiCo and Booster Fuels, overseeing data-driven strategies; and Manager of Data Science at Autodesk, managing AI technologies for sales and marketing. Horia's academic accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Statistics: Data Science from Stanford University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
