Darla K. has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present day. Darla began their career in 1999 with the US Navy where they served in the military until 2003. In 2006, they joined Jackson and held various roles including Call Center Customer Service Representative, Business System Analyst, Operations Team Lead, Business Process Manager, Business Process Owner, Information Technology Project Manager, and Information Security Business Manager. Since 2020, Darla has been serving as the Director of Privacy Operations at Jackson.

Darla K. graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity Management from Northwood University in the years 2021 to 2025. Darla also holds several certifications, including The Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in August 2020, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in February 2018, Series 6 from FINRA in December 2007, and Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in December 2018.
