Debra Kosty

Debra Kosty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and process management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the System Innovation Group for Jackson since February 2014, Debra leads initiatives in Finance, HR, and Infrastructure Upgrade application organizations, developing strategies to enhance business operations. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President of IT Marketing & Corporate Business Solutions at Horace Mann, where Debra managed IT-business relationships and facilitated solution development, as well as significant leadership positions at Allstate Insurance, overseeing large-scale Program Management Offices and spearheading critical technology initiatives. Debra's career began in consulting roles, and Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology from Roosevelt University.
