James Platt

James Platt has extensive experience in legal and operational roles, currently serving as the Director of Shared Services & Operations (Records Management & E-Discovery) at Jackson since August 2019, after holding the position of Manager of Case & Legal Systems. Prior to this, James worked as a Paralegal at Keller Lenkner LLC for a brief period in 2019, and spent over fifteen years at Sidley Austin LLP as a Litigation Paralegal. James began their legal career at Jones Day as a Legal Assistant and also has experience in recruitment from work at Strategic Placement Services. Educationally, James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington.
