Tom Smith has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 at Transamerica, where they held the positions of Vice President of Digital Strategy and Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives. At Transamerica, they managed various responsibilities including analyzing consumer data, leading digital marketing campaigns, and implementing new technology platforms.

In 2014, Tom joined Tahzoo as the Senior Vice President and Client Partner, where they managed a team responsible for delivering superior service and revenue. Tom also successfully sold a significant web content management project for $3 million.

In 2015, they moved on to FreedomPay as the Vice President of Marketing, orchestrating and implementing a cohesive marketing strategy and driving strategic partnerships.

Currently, Tom is working at Jackson as the Vice President of Content, Digital, and Lead Generation Strategy. Tom leads the team responsible for digital marketing, content creation, and channel growth. Additionally, they oversee the company's digital transformation efforts.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated their expertise in marketing strategy, digital transformation, content creation, and integration of technology platforms.

Tom Smith attended Bucknell University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Philosophy. Tom also holds additional certifications as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and has licenses for Series 6, 63, and 26 (currently inactive).
