Troy Welch has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Fleet Manager at Jackson Offshore Operators LLC. Prior to this role, Troy held positions such as Marine Superintendent at Tidewater Marine and Vessel Manager / Assistant Operations Manager at GulfMark Offshore. Troy also worked as a Technical Engineering Assessor and Maintenance Planner, as well as a Chief Engineer at Rigdon Marine. Troy's responsibilities have included vessel maintenance and certification, operational audits, technical assessments, and engineering performance evaluations. Troy pursued their education at Nicholls State University.
