Ryan Haynes

Ryan Haynes, MHA, serves as a Senior Search Consultant at Jackson Physician Search since January 2023, previously holding positions as a Search Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as a Physician/Provider Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Partner at Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) from May 2019 to January 2023, as well as a Care Access Coordinator and Talent Acquisition HR Intern at Mission Health from September 2018 to May 2019. Ryan’s career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Bridge at Lake Pointe Landing, responsible for the care of approximately 20 residents. Additionally, Ryan completed a Human Resources Student Internship at Mission Health in the summer of 2017, focusing on developing an Emerging Leaders Program. Academically, Ryan earned a Master of Healthcare Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Appalachian State University. Ryan graduated from East Henderson High School in 2013.
