Bethany Philipp has a diverse work experience in the field of dance and education. Bethany has worked as a Teacher at Jackson Public Schools since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Dance Artist, collaborating with various organizations and performing in different dance companies. Bethany also served as a Dance Instructor at Mississippi College from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Bethany worked as the Director of E-Learning at Mississippi State Personnel Board from 2011 to 2015. Bethany has been involved in Muscle Memory Dance Theatre as a Company Member from 2010 to 2011. Bethany has also taught as an Adjunct Faculty at Tarrant County College and University of North Texas in 2010. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Digital Media Coordinator at Texas Woman's University from 2008 to 2010.
Bethany Philipp obtained a B.F.A. in Dance Performance and Choreography from The University of Southern Mississippi from 2000 to 2006. Bethany then pursued further education at Texas Woman's University, where they earned an M.F.A. in Dance from 2007 to 2010.
