Donna Reynolds Welborn has extensive experience in the field of education. Donna Reynolds began their career at Madison County Schools in 1982, where they worked as a Psychometrist and Teacher for nearly two decades. In 2001, they joined Jackson Public Schools as a Gifted Education Program Psychometrist. Donna Reynolds continues to work in this role, showcasing their expertise in evaluating and assessing students' abilities and designing education plans to meet their unique needs.

Donna Reynolds Welborn completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education at The University of Southern Mississippi from 1978 to 1980. Donna Reynolds then pursued further education and earned a Master of Education degree in Psychometry from Mississippi College during the academic year 1988 to 1989.
