Sue Gordy

Sue Gordy has extensive experience in the education field. Sue started their career in 1994 at Jackson Public Schools, where they taught 6th grade math at Blackburn Middle School and grades 2 and 3 at Baker Elementary School. Sue worked at Jackson Public Schools until 2006. In 2007, Sue joined Pearl Public School District as a teacher and continued to work there until 2013. In 2013, Sue returned to Jackson Public Schools as a teacher.

Sue Gordy completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Clarke College between the years 1987 and 1989. Sue then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Belhaven University, graduating between the years 1990 and 1992.
