In addition to their formal education, Vivian obtained an Agency-Ready Certificate in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from PR Council in 2020.
Vivian also holds several certifications to enhance their skills. In March 2019, they completed the "Photoshop CC 2018 Essential Training: The Basics" course offered by Lynda.com. In February 2019, they completed the "InDesign CC 2018 Essential Training" course from the same institution. Furthermore, in April 2020, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
