Matthew Haggard has over 8 years of experience in sales and marketing. Matthew began their career in 2013 as a Warehouse Employee at Haggard & Stocking. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Saint-Gobain Abrasives, where they conducted market research in the stainless steel industry and drafted a prioritized target list of customers in the area. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Intern at One Click Ventures, where they owned, reported and provided analysis on Net Promoter Score (NPS), conducted R&D that played a major role in changing NPS practices for all of One Click's brands, and facilitated cross-functional collaboration. Matthew also conducted a direct sales project for wholesale opportunities and drafted a sample product and pricing list for wholesale customers. In 2016, they returned to Haggard & Stocking as an Industrial Sales Manager, where they aided the sales team in generating qualified leads, drove sales programs aimed at increasing customer base and diversifying H&S's customer portfolio, and managed the sales team to ensure their service and support was timely, professional, and fit the needs of the customer. In 2022, they became the National Sales Manager at Jackson Systems & Supply.
Matthew Haggard received their Bachelor's Degree from Franklin College in 2016, majoring in Marketing, Management, and Economics. Matthew then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Martinsville High School.
