Lisa Simpkins

Lisa Simpkins, MBA, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management within the healthcare and service industries. Currently serving as a National Recruiter at Jackson Therapy Partners since April 2018, Lisa manages the employment contracts of traveling registered therapists, overseeing responsibilities related to patient care, contract creation, compensation negotiation, payroll, and employee credentialing. Previous roles include Shift Manager and Server Trainer at Sonny's BBQ, where Lisa led front-of-house operations and trained new servers, as well as a Wellness Coordinator at Integrative Physical Medicine, focusing on patient marketing strategies. Additional experience includes an internship with Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida, assisting in wish granting and event coordination. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
