Melanie Kalil

Melanie Kalil has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries. Melanie currently holds the role of Director of Recruitment at Jackson Therapy Partners since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at MPLT Healthcare from 2021 to 2022, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Corporate Recruiter. Before that, Melanie was the Director of Recruiting at CSI Tech from 2017 to 2020, where they managed a team of recruiters and oversaw recruiting and business operations. Melanie also worked at TekPartners from 2013 to 2017, holding positions as a Delivery Manager, Strategic Accounts, and Talent Development Manager. Melanie started their career at Paychex as a One Source Solutions Consultant, Major Markets Division, from 2011 to 2013, and at TEKsystems as a Technical Recruiter / Account Manager from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they gained experience as a Legal Aid Intern at The Florida Senate in 2007 and as a Sales Representative Intern at University Directories in 2006.

Melanie Kalil pursued their education at Florida State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies.
