Gregory Powers has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Gregory worked as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Glendale, CA from 2000 to 2003. Gregory then joined Best Best & Krieger LLP as a Senior Associate, specializing in governmental laws, land use entitlements, and planning. During their time there, they also served as General Counsel to several Water & Power departments and as Assistant General Counsel and Special Counsel to various special districts, water districts, and joint powers authorities. In 2006, they moved to SunCal Companies, where they served as Regional Land Use Counsel, focusing on land use entitlements and permitting. Since 2008, Gregory has been working at Jackson Tidus as the Chief Operating Officer and Shareholder, representing master developers, home builders, and land owners in various real estate matters and litigation related to land use and regulatory agency compliance.

Gregory Powers attended Pepperdine University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Gregory then pursued further education at Gonzaga University School of Law from 1996 to 1999, earning their Juris Doctor degree in Law.
