Barbara Bell Malin

Barbara Bell Malin has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Barbara is currently the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer at Jackson Walker LLP, where they oversee the strategic plan and budget for business development and marketing. Prior to this, they worked as a Writ Attorney at the Fifth District Court of Appeals, where they assisted justices in legal proceedings and managed the docket. Barbara also served as a Debate Coach at Ursuline Academy of Dallas, mentoring students in various debate formats. Barbara has a strong background in project management, event planning, and program coordination, having chaired significant committees for major fundraisers and community events. Barbara was a Shareholder at Malin & Malin, PC, where they researched regulatory issues and advocated for clients in court. Barbara started their career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co., examining financial statements for private companies. Barbara's diverse experiences have equipped their with a range of skills in leadership, legal analysis, and strategic planning.

Barbara Bell Malin completed their Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in the years 1986-1989. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama in the years 1981-1985, with a specialization in Accounting.
