Katie Koeppel is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Office Manager and Human Resources Manager at Jackson Walker LLP, Katie oversees onboarding and orientation processes. Previously, Katie held the role of Human Resources Manager at Sprinkles, focusing on employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
