Chinelo Akobundu

Chinelo Akobundu is an experienced attorney, currently serving as an Attorney At Law since July 2016, while also holding the position of Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the Public Defender for Florida's 4th Judicial Circuit. In addition to legal practice, Chinelo has extensive internship experience, including work with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc., focusing on housing discrimination issues, and prior certifications as a legal intern with the public defender's office. Education includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University at Buffalo. Complementing legal expertise, Chinelo has held roles in customer service and residence hall leadership prior to entering the legal field.
